Returns & Replacements

If your item is defective or was damaged in transit, email us at support@moneysavingpro.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

A description or photo of the issue

We’ll work with you or the product’s shipping partner to resolve the issue quickly.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Approved fulfillment centers or distribution warehouses

Because these products ship directly from the source, please note:

Packaging, tracking, and delivery timelines may vary slightly by brand

Returns or exchanges may be handled by the carrier partner directly, per their policy

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as the carrier confirms shipment
